1877-1880 Rare Antique Davis Full Treadle Sewing Machine Watertown New York

Description

Serial number is 122108 which dates this approximated 1877-1880. Needs a good clean and oil to get it restored but has potential. The wheel drives the needle assembly with resistance on the machine so it is not seized. The peddle drives the wheel on the base with resistance, needs oil. Has a belt but not shown in pictures and did not attempt to install it, but will come with purchase. I can not guarantee the belt will operate this machine, it is old and may not work or break easily. Drawers slide in and out easy. Table top wood has some wear and cracks. The coffin top cover's top wood is separated, so will need so basic repair to adhere it back together. Some of the wheels on the feet do not move but seems like a little oil and a hammer could fix that.
This will be shipped mostly disassembled, therefore buyer takes responsibility assembling. There is one screw missing that fastens the base to the table top. Unfortunately I did not take measurements and it is already disassembled and in storage, so sorry I can not provide measurements. Please see photos for condition.
