VINTAGE MINIATURE FRAMED SAMOYED DOG
Interesting and unusual vintage Florentine wood frame housing an image of a Samoyed dog measuring about 2-3/4" tall by 2-1/3" wide - frame is about 1/2" thick. Featuring what looks like a silk fabric woven print of this wonderful breed, image is original to the frame and back bears the old dark paper that has not been removed - not marked but made in Italy.

ondition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage other than a hint of wear to the exposed image (not under glass). Frame is gilded, and gold paint has been intentionally "aged" to create a more antique look. Just a lovely vintage Florentine piece - wonderful addition to any home or collection!
