Antique Singer Treadle Sewing Machine, Model/Class 127,
Made May 19, 1914, Serial Number G 3614014.
This machine has been refurbished, look at all pictures. Industrial strength machine comes complete with the oak wood table-top and cast-iron base. The machine is completely serviced.
The machine runs like the wind or as fast as your feet will treadle. The machine sews very well on slow or fast speed and it also sews leather. No electricity needed to sew with this sewing machine. The entire machine and treadle base has been cleaned, lubricated and has some brand new parts.
Timing has been checked.
Both the machine and treadle move very easily and freely. The red-eye decals have zero to very little wear as you can see on the pictures. Overall they are still in good condition for the age. The back-plate and the fancy scroll nickel face-plate are both in good condition.
The table top and drawers was completely sanded to the wood and refinished
Putty was used to cover some nail holes or gouges in the wood.
One piece of veneer is replaced on one piece of wood top
The
table top and drawers has 2 coats of polyurethane for a durable shine finish and the cast iron base also has a shine finish.
You can be confident that this machine will last you until you want to give up sewing, this machine will be here way past the time you will need, Get a little history and a great investment.
I make every effort to describe my items in their entirety.
