Description

Belgium, circa 1901, complete set of 12 color lithographed Picture Post Cards depicting mail delivery in various countries, beginning with the Roman times.  Most cards also show a stamp from the country described.  A complete set of 12, all franked with Belgium 5c green Coat of Arms, mostly Brussels cancels, addressed to Beygham.  Cards 6, 11 & 12 in the series are franked & addressed but unmailed, card 12 with pressed out corner crease, otherwise a VF set.
