Early Willcox and Gibbs Overlock Sewing Machine Patent 1892

Description

Left as found this antique industrial model Willcox and Gibbs overlock sewing machine head. The machine needs to be cleaned and serviced. It turns ok. The adjusting lever in photograph 9 has some damage but this doesn't effect the working of the machine in anyway. The last patent on this machine is from 1892. This example probably dates from the early 1900's.
I do not guarantee this machine in anyway. It is up to the new owner to get it working properly. I recently had a lot of problems with someone that bought a sewing machine over 100 years old which was in perfect condition but she couldn't get the tension right. I cannot be held responsible for these kind of issues.The machine only had a small surface clean but nothing else has been done to it. It was left as found. Like it said the machine turns well. It seems to be in good working order but again no guarantee.
