Return Policy
Buyer must contact
Shoaza within 7 days of delivery of purchase.  Shoaza will provide a replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. Items eligible for returns must be in the same condition as originally shipped and contain all original product packaging.  A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.  Returns must be received at Shoaza within 10 days once the Return Authorization Number has been issued.  ***
Returns/Refunds:  If Shoaza ships the wrong item – all shipping costs will be covered by Shoaza otherwise Buyer is responsible for original & return shipping costs paid and associated E-bay fees.
Specific Steps for Returns:
1. Request from Customer Service, a Return Authorization Number.
2. The Requested Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the shipping package.
3. A copy of the original receipt must be included within the returned package.
