These are the little brothers to my bigger single site 64oz system. This system features two single site 32oz or quart size reservoirs. They are made of food grade plastic just like my original system and are basically half the size. These systems take up very little space, measuring only about 6" tall and 4" wide. What! I know right..they are small! There are several benefits to this and a couple drawbacks as well. Being small, they take up very little space in your grow area. This is important for people who grow in small spaces or on a small scale. You have much more space in your area for plants not big buckets of water! Now that being said, you are not going to grow a massive tomato plant in these little guys and that wasn't my intention when creating the micro systems. These are best suited for small plants like herbs or certain other smaller plants. 60-120 day plants should be no problem for you in these systems. The only drawback you will notice as your plants increase in size and root mass, is that topping off the reservoir will be needed more frequently. Also, if your plant becomes too bulky and heavy you may see the small reservoir tip over. So please..if purchasing it may help to have reasonable expectations. They are small systems tailored for small quick plants but I encourage you to push them to their limits!!! Please take a look at the pictures in the listing. There are several pictures of the units in use growing awesome sizable cat nip plants over 50 days old.
These systems are so easy to use and manage that almost anybody with a little prior hydroponic reading can use them. If you are new to hydro you would be hard pressed to find a better system to learn with. The small size makes for easy nutrient solution mixing. You can PH and mix a gallon of water and top these off for over a week! Also if you need to make a quick change of your solution in the reservoir, its much easier in these systems than say a 5 gallon bucket. 2. Two 2" net pots with hydroton to fill them.
3. Two 1.5" rockwool cubes
4. 4 feet of Python airline with splitter ( to run both with single air pump )
5. 2 Air stones
