    This is a
    Leitz Leica 14168 Ball Head. This later version has a 1/4" thread. The base is 1/4". It stands about 5" tall.
    It locks nice and tight in all positions. No play. There are no nicks or scratches on the body. The only wear is a light circular mark on the base. I give it a 9+ because of the base mark.
