  • Condition: Good-Very Good overall antique cond: For sale is this very nice, while not perfect 'Little Beauty,' late 19th-early 20th c antique, German, hnd pntd, finely dec, ornate cast iron & nickel plated metal alloy child's toy mini hnd crank sewing machine. It doesn't suffer from any measurable enml loss & is truly in fairly well-pres antique cond, considering it's now between 105-125 yrs old. It's complete, intact & has all of its orig, component pts, without loss or repairs (old or new.) The enml pnt is simply exquisite, w/wonderfully hnd-pntd floral vines, dripping w/fruit berries & a tropical bird, perhaps a Bird of Paradise perched on 1 of the floral branches. The entire paint of the toy sewing machine's upper body is nearly pristine but the lower body has slightly oxidized, charcoal black enml pnt. It's unpainted, plain metal alloy surfaces are still nearly without any appreciable oxidation on their surfaces. Gently used but not abused & showing evidence of its age & antique pedigree.
