This 16 inch X 11 3/8 inch album holds a large collection of color and black and white cards as well as miniature photos from Europe. There is a handwritten note indicating the creator of this album's presence in the Netherlands in 1928. There is also a 2-page article here on Capri from a 1931 Ladies Home Journal... ROME and VATICAN 22 cards, 7 pages... SWITZERLAND 23 cards, 12 mini photos, 9 pages... HEIDELBERG, THE RHEIN and COLOGNE 12 cards, 4 pages (two of the Heidelberg cards have wear spots on them.)... BRUSSELS, BELGIUM 7 cards, 2 pages... LONDON 7, 2... Then this jumps across the ocean to VIRGINIA and GEORGE and MARTHA WASHINGTON'S PLANTATION 22 cards, 6 pages... The last two pages are cut out magazine images of San Francisco from Robert Welles Ritchie sketches. This is in very fine shape after nearly 9 decades. There is a crease, a page edge nip, a loose couple of page holes on the binding. Overall quite clean though faded with age. THE CARDS HAVE ALL BEEN GLUED TO THE PAGES.
