    Description

Here is a very beautiful, original, antique, Singer treadle sewing machine head, retrofitted to hand crank in a custom made antique oak wood base.
This lovely model 15-30 Singer dates 1913  by serial number G 3074922 and is decorated in the superb gingerbread or tiffany  decoration scheme.
This gorgeous, extremely smooth running sewing machine has a new after market hand crank attached to the original bolt hole put in by Singer in 1913  just for the purpose of adding a hand crank. This makes this machine very versatile as you can use as a hand crank on a table top or remove the hand crank with one bolt and install into your special cabinet and use,as a treadle head!!
We threaded this Singer and it sewed perfect stitches as seen in my photo of the sample stitches. We tested everything and all functions operate perfectly, bobbin winder, stitch length, tensioner all in perfect operating condition.
Condition of this 111 year old machine is excellent, beautiful gingerbread decals in superb  condition Decals are bright and vivid and show gorgeous colors. The pinks and greens are luminescent and hence the tiffany name as the colors remind us of Tiffany glass. The colors in the decals are simply amazing to look at. The  original side and front plates, slide plate and all other metal parts are in excellent condition. Overall this machine is in excellent antique condition.
Comes with most of the original attachments as seen in photo and 4 bobbins.
This is a beautiful machine and sews a perfect stitch top and bottom.
We will pack very carefully to ensure a safe arrival.
