Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander-kins "MARME" Doll In Plaid Dress - RARE!

Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander-kins "MARME" Doll In Red Plaid Dress - RARE!. Condition is "Used".  I am not a doll collector, just a seller of a doll collection acquired. Please ask any questions you may have before close of auction.
Condition: Red plaid dress Seems in very good condition except for faded collar.  Bertha collar has metal broach(collar is faded).  Black apron is faded on one side.  I rinsed apron of dust.  Photos 1 & 2 apron on faded side.  Photo 3 apron is reverse.
The lace edged petticoat has an oddity as the seam is on the outside.  Eyelet edged pantaloons.  Elastic in both is relaxed.
Nylon socks and velvet shoes.  Tag on dress, "Alexander-kins" "MARME" "Madame Alexander"  Black wig in good shape with a few strays.
Green eyes open and close,  Red pouty mouth. Body in tact, I do not undress dolls of this age. The stand included but no original box..
