Vintage Gralab Model 300 Darkroom Timer.
Works, seems to keep time just fine!
The hands don't like up exactly right.  If you're going to use it for darkroom or other uses where precision is important (not that putting your kids in timeout isn't important, but you know what I mean), the hands might need some adjustment / calibration.
