Willcox & Gibbs Treadle Sewing Machine
Here is a
Willcox & Gibbs Treadle Sewing Machine
. This has the
Scallop Base
which seems to be pretty rare on its own but it also has the
Original Table
with
Coffin Box Lid
. This has clear, crisp
Labels
inside of one drawer as well as
the Lid. It also has the original
‘Inspection Receipt’
. This is definitely
MUSEUM
QUALITY
in our eyes. The drawers slide in and out with no noticeable friction
or resistance. The Treadle still works and it has copious Original W&G Parts &
Accessories. Overall, this is in Very Good Condition and shows minimal signs
of age and/or use. As we understand it, this has been in the same family since
its purchase. It was passed down several generations until the most recent
recipients. The residence of this machine was passed around the multiple adult
children until they eventually decided to let it go. This does have the original
Instruction Book however it is soaked in oil from sitting beneath the oil can for
years. We have separated it and have preserved it but it has not been
photographed. We are offering this for
LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY
because it’s too
much for us to ship it. We absolutely do not want to break this up because we
firmly believe this has been in the same family for generations. It is an
excellent example of Willcox & Gibbs.

was found inside of the three drawers and as mentioned we do have the Book

and easily accessible by I-95, I-295,
I-495, Route 202, Route 141, etc. If you are interested in arranging your own
